A: You can browse our collection and place an order directly on our website. Simply add your favorite pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout. We also accept orders via social media messages and in-store purchases at our boutique.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes! We love creating custom, one-of-a-kind pieces. Please reach out via our contact page or email us with your request. Custom orders may take additional processing time.

A: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Custom Orders take longer to process and ship. Domestic shipping takes approximately 5-7 days, while international shipping can take 2 weeks or longer, depending on location.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you're in the area, you can select local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our boutique during business hours.

A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
